XLRI opening in Singapore

INVITATION FOR THE OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF INDIA’S RENOWNED XAVIER LABOUR RELATIONS INSTITUTE, JAMSHEPUR IN SINGAPORE

On behalf of the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), it gives me immense pleasure to invite you to grace the official launch of our Singapore Centre. In attendance will be Father Casimir Raj, S J & Prof. Venu Gopal, Dean, Academics.

XLRI was born out of the vision of a Jesuit Priest, Father Quinn Enright S.J., and established in 1949 in the city of Jamshedpur, India. Since then the Jamshedpur Jesuit Society has nurtured the growth of XLRI, and today it is one of India’s top business management institutions. The Institute is currently ranked one of the top 5, in India for business schools. In line with its global outlook, XLRI has embarked on an ambitious plan to expand its network of schools globally. The Institute has chosen Singapore as the base for the expansion of XLRI in the region.

XLRI is keenly focused on developing exceptional managerial competence among its students through acquisition of specialized knowledge and skills. The Institute also emphasizes the importance of developing a sense of social justice with right attitudes and values of discipline, dedication and commitment among both students and faculty. Currently, XLRI offers rigorous programmes in business management, personnel management, industrial relations, general management, and management development.

With its reputation for excellence and the strong pedigree associated with the XLRI name, the Institute’s presence in Singapore is an excellent complement for Singapore’s aim to establish itself as a regional educational hub.
